Make it a happy day!

I can't believe that it is already March! Where has the time gone? I see that the last time I wrote was December! I apologize! Well, the last two months have been amazing. I have been speaking a lot (7 times in the last two weeks) and keeping extremely busy with all the other things in my life. One phrase that recently has really impacted me is "Make it a happy day." With life being so crazy busy it's easy to get focused on the negative or just even the mundane things of life. Are you frustrated at the end of your day? Do you feel that your day goes by without accomplishing much of anything? I heard the saying "make it a happy day" in an e-mail of a teacher that I was speaking for and it really struck me. I kept thinking about it and realizing that yes it is our decision what kind of day that we have. Not only did it make me think but it helped me prioritize my life so that I could make it a happy day. I stopped watching TV because I felt it brought me down (even though I never really watched it that much) and I began going through my list of things to get done and I actually did them. This helped me focus on the things that I needed to get done and really feel so much more better at the end of the day. My challenge to you is to meditate on "make it a happy day" and see what it does for your life. God bless!
